| Americans are watching more television these days. This major stuff was reported in a post -9/11 media consumption study by McPheters & Company/Beta Research. The median amount of time spent per day watching television has increase from 4.1 hours a day in October to 5.3 hours a day in May. While the amount of time spent watching TV news has remained constant at 2.4 hours per day, time spent viewing other non-news programming has increased from 2.2 hours to 2.8 hours (Media Daily News) |
